Volunteer of the Year Awards
Established by Impact Volunteering in partnership with Frankston City Council in 2017, the Volunteer of the Year Awards aim to celebrate and recognise the valuable contributions that volunteers make to the local community, with the overall winner collecting a $1,000 prize for their volunteer organisation.
When you nominate a worthy candidate, you’ll be highlighting the great work they do as a volunteer as well as creating awareness for the work of their volunteer organisation in the community.
Awards are given in three main categories - Community Services, Seniors and Youth - with the overall winner being selected from the winner of each category. Winners are presented with their awards at the Mayor’s Family Picnic in September.
Nominations for the 2019 Volunteer of the Year Awards have now closed.
